We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we handle returns with care to reflect the custom nature of our watches.

Exchanges

We gladly accept returns for exchanges only.

If you would like to exchange your watch, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for covering the return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.

The watch must be in its new original condition with its cellophane still intact and packaging
(box) in original condition.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered in cases where the item arrives damaged or faulty.

If this happens, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Once the return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

We cannot accept returns for refunds if you simply change your mind, as each watch is custom-made. Exchanges are more than welcome.

Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when sending items back to us.

Parts Swaps Policy (exchange of parts after a build is complete)
​

Custom Orders: All watches are custom-assembled to order. Once a part (case, dial, bracelet, bezel, hands, chapter ring, glass, or other components) has been used in a build, it can be returned to us or exchanged for other parts if you decided to change the style/colour.

Dismantling & Reuse: To swap components after a build has been completed, we must dismantle the existing watch. During this process, seals, adhesives, and fittings are broken, and residue or wear marks may remain. For this reason, any part that has been installed and then removed should be considered second-hand and not factory-new to us.

Condition of Returned Parts: If returned to the customer, removed parts will be supplied as-is (for example, as a case shell or bracelet with signs of fitting), and not as brand-new, resale-ready items.

Additional Costs: If a customer requests a change of case, dial, bracelet, or other parts after a build has been completed, the cost of the new part(s) plus labour for dismantling and rebuilding will be charged in full. The original part(s) do not offset the cost of the replacement.

CUSTOMER CANCELLATION

Cancellation during the build:

Please note, if you decide to cancel your order whilst it is in the process of being built, there will be a £45 fee due to the labour and parts used during the process. If you would like to cancel an order please notify us within 24 hours after the purchase time, so that we can cancel it without a fee.
