Your watch is powered by the automatic NH series movement, which winds itself as you wear it—but you can also set it manually if needed.

1. Putting on Your Watch

• Wearing it daily will keep it running.

• If left unworn for a couple of days, it may stop and need winding (42 hour power reserve).

2. Handling the Screw-Down Crown

• Your watch has a screw-down crown to protect against water.

• To adjust the time or date, unscrew the crown by turning it counterclockwise until it releases.

• After adjustments, screw it back in fully to ensure water resistance.

3. Setting the Date

1. Pull the crown to the first click (not all the way out).

2. Turn the crown slowly to adjust the date.

3. Push the crown back in and screw it down.

4. Setting the Time

1. Pull the crown all the way out after unscrewing.

2. Turn the crown to set the hour and minute hands.

3. Push the crown back in and screw it down securely.

5. Manual Winding

• If the watch stops, rotate the crown clockwise 20–40 times to give it enough power to run.

• Always screw the crown back in after winding.

6. Care Tips

• Avoid strong magnets and extreme shocks.

• Keep away from excessive heat, hot summer days are okay.

• Always ensure the crown is screwed in before any contact with water.
