A: Yes, all of our custom modded watches come with a one-year warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

A: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at info@elitewatchmods.com Please provide your order number and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the process of sending your watch in for a repair or replacement.

Since our watches are custom-made, we don’t offer refunds for a change of mind. But don’t worry — we do accept exchanges. Refunds are only available if your watch arrives damaged or faulty. Please also refer to the returns and exchanges tab in the main menu for for more information.

We are based in the United Kingdom - we have several workshops across the country and welcome clients on an appointment basis.

Yes! We ship worldwide with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Once shipped, it usually takes around 14 working days to arrive.

We prefer the term watchmakers or modders, but we’ll accept wizardry if it makes our work sound even cooler!
