Sure, there are plenty of other modders out there, but many operate on a much smaller scale. We have the experience (years), the people, and the passion to take on everything from one-off personal projects to full custom runs for companies, and even sports teams.

Yes, there are other modders out there, and many do great work. But where others might stop at “customisation,” we go further. We listen, we collaborate, and we deliver a watch that’s not just personalised — it’s built to last, built with pride, and built for you.

Can I order a custom design?

Absolutely — that’s what we do best! You’re not limited to “off-the-shelf” styles here. We can create a watch that’s uniquely yours, including:

A custom dial with any image, logo, or design you like

Different case colours and sizes to suit your taste

A wide variety of straps — from classic leather, cowhide, and vintage styles to rugged army NATO straps

Laser engraving on your watch for that final personal touch

We have created custom watches not just for individuals, but also for corporate companies and sports teams who wanted something truly unique for their members.

Do your custom watches come with a warranty?

A: Yes, all of our custom modded watches come with a one-year warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

How do I make a warranty claim?

A: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at info@elitewatchmods.com Please provide your order number and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the process of sending your watch in for a repair or replacement.

Can I return my watch if I change my mind?

Accepted Answer

Since our watches are custom-made, we don’t offer refunds for a change of mind. But don’t worry — we do accept exchanges. Refunds are only available if your watch arrives damaged or faulty. Please also refer to the returns and exchanges tab in the main menu for for more information.

Where are we based?

We are based in the United Kingdom - we have several workshops across the country and welcome clients on an appointment basis.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Once shipped, it usually takes around 14 working days to arrive.

Yes. Of course! We put a lot of time and craftsmanship into every custom watch we make. Each piece is built with care, precision, and style — so you’re getting something special, not just “another watch.”

We prefer the term watchmakers or modders, but we’ll accept wizardry if it makes our work sound even cooler!

A: No, these watches are custom modifications using Seiko associated NH movements. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Seiko. We create unique timepieces by combining Seiko NH movements with high-quality aftermarket or genuine components.
